I. Market & Distribution Integrity

• Geographic Focus: Authorized sales are currently limited to the United States. Re-selling or soliciting orders outside this territory is strictly prohibited.

• Direct Sales Only: We follow a zero-tolerance policy for trans-shipping. Products must be sold directly to end consumers and cannot be transferred to other entities for resale.

• Online Sales Authorization: To maintain brand exclusivity, selling on 3rd party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) or personal websites requires prior written consent from the Seven Aroma digital team.

II. Presentation & Quality Excellence

• Original Packaging: Our fragrances are masterpieces of design. They must be sold in their original, unopened packaging. Relabeling, bundling, or altering serial/batch codes is not permitted.

• Asset Protection: All Seven Aroma trademarks, logos, and high-resolution imagery are our intellectual property. Use of these assets for marketing requires official approval.

• Optimal Storage: Partners must adhere to our climate-controlled storage guidelines to ensure the fragrance oil’s integrity remains perfect for the customer.

III. Professional Standards

• Product Knowledge: We expect our partners to be experts. Resellers should be well-versed in our scent profiles to provide elite-level guidance to customers.

• Ethical Marketing: All promotional activities must be honest and transparent. Deceptive advertising or unauthorized warranties are strictly prohibited.

• Continuous Compliance: Seven Aroma reserves the right to update these guidelines. Continued partnership signifies acceptance of the latest brand standards.
